Wow! -- it's hard to believe, isn't it?
A far-ranging and otherwise very informative article about such an important social development in America, and nary a mention of racial, White-versus-non-White demographics. No discussion at all of the Negro or Mestizo ("Latino," "Hispanic") factors.
Or did I miss it somehow?
